New Schneider Circuit Breaker iC65H 2P D50A iC65 Series Miniature Circuit Breaker

Product Introduction

Schneider Electric is a switch device that can turn on, carry, and disconnect current under normal circuit conditions, and can turn on, carry, and disconnect current under abnormal circuit conditions (including short-circuit conditions) within a specified time. We mainly provide comprehensive solutions, a full range of products and components, and thoughtful services to customers around the world.
Circuit breakers are divided into high voltage circuit breakers and low voltage circuit breakers according to their usage scope. The boundary between high and low voltage is relatively vague, and generally, those above 3kV are referred to as high voltage electrical appliances. Low voltage circuit breaker, also known as automatic switch, commonly known as “air switch”, also refers to low-voltage circuit breaker. It is an electrical appliance that has both manual switching function and automatic protection against voltage loss, undervoltage, overload, and short circuit. It can be used to distribute electrical energy, start asynchronous motors infrequently, protect power lines and motors, and automatically cut off circuits when they experience serious overload, short circuit, undervoltage and other faults. Its function is equivalent to a combination of fuse type switches and over/under heat relays. Moreover, after breaking the fault current, there is generally no need to change the components, which has been widely used.

Schneider miniature circuit breaker code labeling method:
Example: 1-C65N-C20A/2P+VE+30mA+SD, each meaning
1- Identification number
C65– Serial Number
N – Breaking capacity, N is 6000A, H is 10000A, L is 15kA
C — Release curve, B is electronic protection, C is distribution protection, D is power protection
20A – rated current, available in 1, 2, 4, 6, 10, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63A
2P – Number of poles, including 1, 2, 3, and 4 poles
VE – Residual current accessories, including VE, VEG, VM, VEA, VM is electromagnetic type
30mA – residual operating current, with 30, 100, and 300mA available
SD – Optional accessories, including MX, OF, MN, MV, SD, Tm, ATM, where SD is the alarm auxiliary contact.
(The labeling method for other brands of miniature circuit breakers is similar)
In addition, Schneider miniature circuit breakers also include new products C120, EA9, and INT125 series products.
