Supply Mitsubishi PLC FX3U-4DA FX3U series programmable controllers
The FX3U series is the third generation micro programmable controller developed by Mitsubishi Electric to meet user needs. It has been enhanced in many aspects.
Firstly, the basic functions of the FX3U series PLC have been significantly improved.
1.The CPU processing speed has reached 0.065 US dollars per basic instruction.
- Built in high-capacity RAM storage with up to 64K steps.
- The extension of CC Link network can achieve up to 384 points of control.
- Significantly increased the number of internal software components.
Secondly, the FX3U series PLC integrates multiple industry-leading functions.
1.The basic unit of the transistor output type has built-in 3-axis independent positioning function up to 100kHz, and new positioning instructions have been added: origin regression with DOG search (DSZR), interrupt single speed positioning (DVIT), and table set positioning (TBL), making the positioning control function stronger and more convenient to use.
- Built in 6-point simultaneous 100kHz high-speed counting function.
Finally, the FX3U series PLC has also been specifically enhanced with the following functions.
1.The FX3U series has specifically enhanced its communication capabilities, with a built-in programming port capable of high-speed communication up to 115.2kbps, and up to three communication ports (including the programming port) can be used simultaneously.
2.The FX3U series has added high-speed input/output adapters, analog input/output adapters, and temperature input adapters, which do not occupy system points and are easy to use. Among them, the use of high-speed output adapters can achieve positioning control of up to 4 axes and up to 200kHz, while the use of high-speed input adapters can achieve high-speed counting up to 200kHz.
